Do you want to say something else to Female Muscle Fans, as well as to amateur female athletes?
To explode their qualities to the maximum as natural as possible, and wether they have to use anabolics they need to be advived with professional people and not use drugs of dubious origin. The basis of progress lies in the nutrition, rest and good training, especially there is something that only time gives and this is muscle quality.
